No, this is a downloadable e-cookbook that will be delivered to you via the email address you entered when purchasing. You are free to print it out after you purchase and download.
• I don't see my purchase in my inbox, where can I find it?

• Are the recipes gluten free?
Yes! All of the recipes in this e-cookbook are gluten free.
• Are these recipes dairy free?
The large majority of the recipes in this e-cookbook are dairy free. There are just a few that use a small amount of dairy, HOWEVER, those recipes can easily be dairy free by simply leaving off toppings.
• Is the macro breakdown provided on the recipes?
Sure thing! Every recipe of mine has the macro and nutrient breakdown listed. I even went one step further and logged them in the My Fitness Pal app for you so you can easily search and log each recipe!
• How can I easily find your recipes in My Fitness Pal?
All of the recipes in this e-cookbook are pre-loaded into the My Fitness Pal for easy macro tracking. On each recipe, you will see the specific recipe title to search for in My Fitness Pal to easily locate the recipe you would like to log onto your food diary.
