"I have been very pleased with my FWTFL journey so far. I came into the program nervous that I would feel restricted in my food choices since I had been eating really poorly. However, I have felt to free to mix and match foods that I enjoy eating. I never feel restricted because of the carb cycling and the treat day. "I love this program. it’s so NORMAL! i’m eating delicious foods and feeling better than i have in years. i know it’s cliche to say “it’s not a diet, it’s a lifestyle” but the FWTFL is NOT a diet! being on a diet makes me feel stressed out, emotional, deprived and exhausted, but i’m only two weeks into the FWTFL, i’m already feeling more rested, more energetic, more clear-headed, and more satisfied with what i eat than i have ever been in my adult life. i eat normal foods that i already love, only now i’m learning to eat them in the right combinations and proportions. it’s so much easier than i expected! during the first few days of prep week, i was pretty confused and overwhelmed, but i quickly got the hang of it thanks to my fantastic coach, lisa coop. she is patient, supportive, and incredibly helpful. she teaches and encourages and never seems to tire of answering questions. i feel like she truly cares about my success in this program!"

"After having a hysterectomy several years ago I have struggled to lose weight, in fact it seemed that I continued to gain weight. I became more and more insecure with my body to the point that I often times found myself feeling sad, anxious, and not wanting to look in a full length mirror. I have tried numerous “diets” only to either see no results or give up because it was not a sustainable lifestyle.
